Terms of Service

Realtor Booking Receptionist is a service of RKP Holdings LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By starting a trial, subscribing, or using our website or service, you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide an AI-powered virtual receptionist that answers calls for real estate professionals, asks qualifying questions, books appointments on your connected calendar and sends call summaries. Features depend on the plan you choose.

Free trial and billing

• Plans include a 7-day free trial. Your subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown when you sign up. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate setup information and keep your calendar connected.
• Use the service lawfully, including laws about call recording, telemarketing, texting and consent, and fair housing rules.
• Review summaries and bookings. You are responsible for following up with your leads and clients.

AI limitations

The receptionist is an automated AI system. It may occasionally misunderstand a caller, miss details or make booking errors. It does not give legal, financial or real estate advice on your behalf.

Text messages

If you opt in to texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Digital products

The Real Estate AI Prompt Pack is sold through Gumroad and is subject to Gumroad's purchase terms.

Availability

We aim for the service to be available 24/7, but outages from phone carriers, calendar providers or other third parties can happen. We are not liable for missed calls or lost business caused by outages outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or lost-profit damages.

Termination

We may suspend or end service for non-payment or misuse. You may cancel at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
