Realtor Booking Receptionist is a service of RKP Holdings LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, business name, email, phone number, calendar type and calendar email, and any instructions you provide when you sign up or fill out our onboarding form.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Call information: when your AI receptionist answers calls for you, we process caller names, phone numbers, call recordings or transcripts, and the details callers share (such as buying or selling timeline, price range and preferred appointment times).
• Website data: basic usage data such as pages visited, browser type and IP address, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use information

• To set up and run your receptionist service, answer and qualify calls, book appointments and send you call summaries.
• To bill you, provide support and send service updates about your account.
• To improve our service and keep it secure.
• To send marketing messages, only if you have agreed to receive them.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, we may send you text messages about your account, onboarding and service updates, and, if you separately agree, promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service (for example payment processing, phone and AI call handling, scheduling, email and data storage), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
• Email us to access, correct or delete your information.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date.
